Love and limerence

Limerence, a term coined by Dr. Tennov, used to describe a state of mind where one is uncontrollably obsessed on a single subject that sustains for an extended period of time with the goal of obtaining reciprocation from the subject. This project uses the characteristics of limerence and translate them into a game form. As games have a similar obsessive nature, hence, games will be an excellent medium to stimulate the characteristics of limerence. To achieve this, the game is designed to bring the player through two stages: 1 when the player is in a non-limerence state and 2 when the player enters a state of limerence.
